Hosta or hosta - decorative edible leaves.
Hosta hosta is a plant with beautiful leaves, it is found in 40 species of the asparagus family and comes from East Asia.
It grows perfectly in the Polish climate and is also often found here in home gardens, flower beds and flower beds.
The leaves and flowers of the funk are edible. They have a very delicate flavor and are crunchy. They can be eaten raw or cooked.
Funky leafy salads are not only very tasty but also colorful. Just cook and season them like spinach. Add it to soups and sandwiches.
Hosta looks great on the table, see for yourself in my blog Aga Radzi, suggestions to serve in salad and with scrambled eggs, or rather underneath 🙂
